Do we have to build our own app?

No. Merchants use the web console; machines run the AiVendOS device software. You do not need a custom consumer app to start.

Can members and guests both check out?

Yes. Member pricing and benefit programs sit alongside guest pay — customers choose at the machine.

How do multi-site or franchise teams get the right access?

Each enterprise is isolated. Org and data-domain permissions scope staff to warehouses, devices, and routes they should see.

How does payment work?

Checkout integrates Revenue Monster / DuitNow for Southeast Asia QR payments. Orders, refunds, and dispensation stay in one trail.

How do we start a pilot?
